Do you own the equipment you run?
Yes. Every machine on the job is ours and we operate it ourselves, which is why a start date comes down to weather and schedule.
Can one outfit do the clearing, the dirt and the concrete?
That is the point of the list above. Clearing, grading, drainage, gravel and flatwork all come from the same crew, so nobody is waiting on a second phone call to be returned.
How is gravel priced?
Quoted by the load, delivered and spread. What moves it is the haul from the pit and how much grading the drive needs once the rock is down.
What is the smallest job you will take?
A culvert, a load of rock, a half day with the mini ex. Tell us what it is and you will get a straight yes or no.
Do you charge to come look?
No. A walk of the property and a written price cost nothing, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
